Bangladesh, Nepal enter semis of 5th SAFF Women's Championship

Bangladesh and host Nepal have entered the semi-finals of 5th South Asian Football Federation, SAFF Women's Championship. 

In a Group A match in Biratnagar on Thursday, Bangladesh defeated Bhutan by 2-0. The first half of the match was goalless. 

In 46th minute, Bangladesh's Mishrat Jahan Moushumi scored first goal for her team. In 85th minute, skipper Sabina Khatum scored second goal. 

Bangladesh and Nepal have qualified for last four from Group A. Both the teams won their matches against Bhutan. 

They will now clash in the last match of the group on Saturday. In Group B, Sri Lanka will take on the Maldives tomorrow while Defending Champion India will play against Sri Lanka on Sunday. 

India had thrashed the Maldives by 6-0 in its opening match on Wednesday. India has unbeaten record in SAFF championship and it has won the trophy four times.
