The High Commission of India in Bangladesh has announced the schedule to apply for the Subarno Jayanti Scholarship Scheme (ICCR Scholarship) and Lata Mangeshkar Dance and Music scholarship scheme for the academic year 2023-24. The scheme is open for the meritorious Bangladeshi students to pursue courses in Indian universities and Institutes for Undergraduate, Post Graduate and Ph.D. levels. The scholarships are open for all fields except in Medicine, paramedical,&nbsp; Fashion, Law Courses, Integrated courses such as BALLB etc.<br />'' <br />'' The applicants should have completed 18 years at the time of admission and they should not be over 30 years of age for Undergraduate/Postgraduate courses. For Ph.D. candidates, the upper age limit is 45 years.<br />'' <br />'' After admission, the students will be required to stay in the campus hostel, if available. No exemption is provided in this connection for any reason. The applicants have the option to apply to five universities or institutes of their preference.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' In order to test English language proficiency, a 500 word essay in English has been introduced for the applicants. Besides, the students can also submit their TOEFL/IELTS, other standardised scores. Universities or Institutes may conduct interviews of the applicants online, if required.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' The ICCR A2A portal for applications and admissions will open from 20 Feb and the last date for submission of application online is 30 April.&nbsp;
