On arrival from Morleganj at Barisal jetty in the afternoon, the cruise members were greeted by the Deputy Commissioner of Barisal Md. Zahangir Hossain with flowers.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Speaking to the media, the Deputy Commissioner assured that the Ganga Vilas tourists will be provided all support for their safety and security during their visit to tourist places in and around Barisal. He expressed hope that the good experience of Ganga Vilas tourists in Bangladesh will attract a larger number of tourists from across the world benefiting the local economy.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''The Oxford church at Barisal is a major tourist attraction. Built in 1903, the Church is a fine example of Greek Architectural design. With its arch-ways and domes, it looks like a huge locomotive when seen from a distance.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''The tourists were greeted with flowers by Church authorities on their arrival at its premises. A cultural programme was also organised in their honour. The tourists were very impressed after seeing the over hundred years old heritage Oxford Mission Church.&nbsp;<br />''They will be visiting the floating market in Barisal on Thursday and sail for Meghna Ghat near Dhaka after midday.</span><br />
