He was scheduled to arrive in New Delhi this evening to take part in the Sixth Indian Ocean Dialogue in the national capital.<br />'' <br />'' Briefing media in New Delhi, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said the Bangladesh side has conveyed that the Minister has changed his programme on account of domestic issues pertaining to the commemoration of the 'Victory Day' in Bangladesh on 16th December.<br />'' <br />'' He added that any speculation, that this development is connected with legislation adopted by Parliament yesterday regarding the Citizenship Amendment Bill is unwarranted.<br />'' <br />'' The spokesperson said that India acknowledges and is aware that the present government in Bangladesh has taken several steps to address the concerns of minorities living there as per their Constitutional provisions.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Kumar added that India has reached out to members of US Congress, and other stakeholders on Citizenship (Amendment) Bill.
