Bangladesh all set to roll out red carpet welcome for President Ram Nath Kovind

<span style="color: #222222;">Bangladesh is all set to roll out the red carpet to welcome President Ram Nath Kovind arriving in Dhaka on Wednesday on a 3-day visit to join the golden jubilee celebration of independence,  reports the official news agency BSS.<br />'' <br />'' Bangladesh President Md Abdul Hamid will receive President Ram Nath Kovind along with his wife at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the morning on Wednesday. Personnel drawn from Bangladesh army, navy and air force will present a guard of honour to President Kovind at the airport.<br />'' <br />'' He would then proceed to the National Martyrs' Memorial at Savar to place wreaths to pay respect to the martyrs of the 1971 liberation war. He will also plant a sapling and sign visitors' book at the memorial.<br />'' <br />'' Later, he will visit Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Museum in Dhaka to pay homage to Bangladesh's founding father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman as  Bangladesh celebrates his birth centenary and the golden jubilee of independence simultaneously.<br />'' <br />'' Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would pay a courtesy call on President Kovind in the afternoon on Wednesday.<br />'' <br />'' Bangladesh President Md Abdul Hamid will host a banquet in his honour to be joined by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Bangabhaban in the evening on Wednesday after talks with his counterpart.  A cultural event will also be organised at the Bangabhaban for the visiting dignitary.<br />'' <br />'' On the second day of the visit on Thursday, 16 December, President Ram Nath Kovind will participate in the golden jubilee of the Victory Day of Bangladesh celebration at the  National Parade Ground as the Guest of Honour.<br />'' <br />'' In the afternoon on 16th December, Ram Nath Kovind will take part in the celebration event titled 'Great Victory Heroes' in the South Plaza of the parliament building to pay respect to Bangladesh's Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.  Bangladesh President Md Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Parliament Speaker and other dignitaries will also attend the event.<br />'' <br />''<br />''On the third day of the visit on December 17, President Kovind will inaugurate the newly renovated section of Ramna Kali Temple before leaving for India in the afternoon.</span>
