<span style="color: #222222;">A 20 member Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) delegation visited Dimapur, India on 31 October 2023. The delegation comprising 13 officers and 07 airmen was led by Group Captain Tanvir Marzan. <br />''<br />''Bangladesh Air Force was formed on 28 September, 1971 at Dimapur, India under the command of Air Vice Marshal ( then Group Captain) AK Khandekar, with the flying code unit codenamed "Kilo Flight". The unit  was commanded by late AVM( then Sqn Ldr) Sultan Mahmud. The unit comprised 09 pilots and 58 technicians, said a press note released by the  High Commission of India to Bangladesh.<br />''<br />''The visit is a part of the ongoing cooperation between the Indian and Bangladesh Air Force and aims to assist BAF personnel connect with their roots.
