In the Asian Clay Shooting Championship in Bangkok, the Indian team comprising former world champion Manavjit Singh Sandhu, Mansher Singh and Birendeep Singh clinched the men's trap gold. The team won the medal with a score of 341 out of 375. In the individual event, Manavjit Singh Sandhu settled for silver with a score of 120+18. Kuwait won the Gold in the event. As per the National Rifles Association of India's statement, India had bagged the Bronze in the women's trap event yesterday. The team comprised Shreyasi Singh, Seema Tomar and Varsha Tomar.
