Tendulkar became the first batsman in test cricket history to score 14,000 runs in his 171st Test. Earlier, Australia were all out for 478 runs in their first innings. Marcus North scored a brilliant 128 runs for the visitors. For India, Harbhajan Singh claimed four wickets while Pragyan Ojha three.Legendary Sachin Tendulkar today became the first person in the history of Test cricket to complete 14,000 runs. Tendulkar cut off-spinner Nathan Hauritz's delivery through cover point to hit a boundary in the Bangalore test against Australia and accomplished the feat in the 171st Test. It was the fourth delivery of the 27th over of the Indian innings.Incidentally, it was during Australia's last tour of India, Sachin crossed Brian Lara's record of most number of runs in Test cricket.
