Security forces arrested wanted terrorist T Nazir, allegedly involved in the attack at the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore in 2005. He is also accused of sending Muslim youth from Kerala for militant training in PoK. He was arrested along the Indo-Bangla border in Meghalaya. The arrest, which apparently came following a joint operation by BSF, central security agencies and Bangladesh Rifles, is expected to solve many terror cases. Nazir, hailing from Malappuram district in Northern Kerala, was arrested along with another suspected militant Shamas after intelligence was shared about their presence in Bangladesh. Earlier, Union Home Secretary G K Pillai said two suspected Lashker operatives were detained along the Indo-Bangla border in Meghalaya. According to the sources, there is an intelligence report to suggest that Lashker commander Abdullah had been in touch with Nazir and the duo were on a recruitment spree under instructions from Pakistan's ISI.<br/>
