After a yawning gap of several weeks, H1N1 influenza has led to deaths of two women in Bangalore. <br/><br/>According to the report by Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services in the state, the blood samples of women aged 40 and 24 received today have confirmed their death due to infection from H1N1 virus. <br/><br/>The deceased who were admitted to government hospital on 8th and 22nd December, died on 10th December and 5th January respectively. <br/><br/>Sixteen fresh cases of the influenza were also reported today from different parts of the state. Totally 1869 people affected by the virus are under treatment in the state.<br/>
