In West Bengal, the normal working of government and local officesin Darjeeling hills was affected due to a call given by the Gorkha Jana Mukhti Morcha to indefinitely close all the offices in the region. The Morcha is demanding for a separate state of Gorkhaland. The announcement of indefinite closing of offices came just two days after the Morcha called off the four day Darjeeling hills bandh.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, indefinite fast unto death agitation of the morcha entered its sixth day today in support of the demand. The health of some of the hunger strikers is deteriorating and some of the hunger strikers have already been hospitalized in different hospitals.<br/><br/><br/>
