In Tripura, the dawn to dusk bandh called by National Student Union of India (NSUI) and opposition Congress on Monday has paralysed normal life. The bandh was called to protest against attack on activists and leaders of NSUI. All educational institutions including schools and colleges, markets, banks and other financial institutions remained closed. Police said no untoward incident was reported from any part of the state so far. At least six activists of NSUI, including the President of the organization, Vicky Prasad were injured at Maharaja Bir Bikram College on Saturday when SFI activists attacked them.
