In Assam, normal life continues to be affected for the second day today in both North Cachar Hills and Karbi Anglong Districts following a 60-hour Bandh called by Autonomous State Demand Committee (ASDC) from five yesterday morning. The call for the Bandh is given to demand for creation of an Autonomous state by merging both the hill districts.
