In Nepal, normal life in Birgunj, a major trading hub in the Terai region remained disrupted on Sunday following an indefinite bandh called by Hindu Rashtriya Yuva Sangh to protest against the murder of its President Kashinath Tiwari on Saturday evening. Shops, business establishments, schools and factories remained closed while public transports were off the road.<br/> Police sources said four persons on motorcycles fired at Tiwari on Saturday evening when he was visiting a Hindu temple to inspect the construction of a Dharamshala on its premises. He succumbed to injuries in hospital. Police said four persons have been detained in connection with the murder. Sangh has demanded action against the culprits and compensation for the family of the deceased leader. <br/>
