In Manipur, normal life has been partially affected in Churachandpur District due to the 11-hour bandh that began from 5 hours this morning.The bandh was called by the Churachandpur District Students Union in protest against the bomb attack by armed miscreants at the residence of the Executive Director of DRDA, Churachandpur on Sunday last.Passenger vehicles remained off the road and educational institutions and business establishments closed during the bandh . However, there is no report of any untoward incident .
