In Kathmandu valley, normal life in Lalitpur district was affected by a bandh called by Jyapu Samaj on Friday. They had called the bandh to protest against the killing of a young woman and demanding action against the culprits. In Lalitpur, vehicles remained off the road, markets and academic institutions were closed .Jyapu Samaj and Newa Samaj also took out a rally in protest against the killing. Police have arrested four persons involved in her killing.
