Ban Ki Moon defends climate change science

The United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon has robustly defended Climate Change Science in the wake of criticism of the Inter Governmental Panel on Climate Change. Speaking in New York Mr Ban said that none of the criticisms of the IPCC, report affected the conclusion that human activities are changing the climate and that green house gas emissions should be cut urgently. Ban Ki Moon said there were errors in the IPCC report but very few across its three thousand pages. He said the Panel procedures would face a thorough review from the Inter-Academy Council.
