The Court yesterday issued notices to the State government and Director General of Police after admitting the bail plea. They have been asked to file their replies during today's hearing. Suspended IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt was arrested last Friday on charges of fabricating evidence and wrongful confinement after a police constable K.D. Pant filed an FIR.
