In Iraq, four people have been killed and sixteen injured as a series of rush-hour bombings across Baghdad hit commuters on their way to work. According to police, the deadliest strike came when a roadside bomb exploded this morning next to a minibus killing three people and injuring nine. Earlier, three simultaneous bomb explosions in a downtown business district claimed the life of a bystander. Police said seven others were wounded in the blasts.
