<br/>Baderwah Tourist Festival was inaugurated by Union Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad on Wednesday morning. It is for the first time that Baderwah has been brought in the map of Tourism. <br/> <br/>While addressing a large gathering of people who have thronged the venue of the festival despite cloudy weather, Mr. Azad announced that a cultural Centre will be constructed at Baderwah at the cost of 3.5 crore rupees and it will be completed within two years. He further said that this cultural centre will be the icon of Hindu-Muslim unity and cultural and communal harmony in the state.<br/> <br/>AIR correspondent reports that people were very enthusiastic about this festival and demanded that this festival should be held every year. Earlier, Mr. Azad laid the foundation stone of Baderwah Chamba road which is to be constructed at the cost of 73 crore rupees. <br/> <br/>By completion of this road within 45 years Baderwah will be connected with Himachal Pradesh through road.<br/>
