Prakash Singh Badal will be sworn in as Punjab Chief Minister on Wednesday. He was elected leader of the Shiromani Akali Dal Legislature Party in Punjab at a meeting in Chandigargh yesterday. Addressing a rally of SAD workers after paying obeisance at Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib at Anandpur Sahib, he announced free education for all girl students up to MA.
