At Panagarh in Bardhaman district, the newly built bypass on national highway has been inaugurated today by Union Minister of state Babul Supriyo. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, organized by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Mr. Supriyo said, with this bypass the time for journey will be much lesser. <br/><br/>The National Highways Authority of India has planned to make the bypass into six lane.
