Yeddyurappa called upon the people of Telangana not to fall into the trap of false promises of the Congress party and alleged that the Congress has been failing to implement the promises. <br />''<br />''Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad, he said the Congress party has been following the model of Karnataka to win elections in Telangana as well but it had failed to implement its promises in the neighboring state.<br />''He asked people not to be carried away by the empty promises.  He alleged that an unemployment allowance has not been launched so far. He also alleged that the Gruaha Lakshmi scheme under which 2,000 rupees for women in BPL families is not reaching all. </span><br />
