Australia and Malaysia have reached final of the 22nd edition of the Sultan Azlan Shah hockey tournament to be played at Ipoh, Malaysia tomorrow. The two finalists among three contenders were decided today after Australia defeated New Zealand 3-2 in the last league match. With the Aussie win, Malaysia with 8 points was through to the final, rendering their match against India now underway, of academic interest. New Zealand will now play either Korea or India for the bronze medal. India needs to win against Malaysia to secure a 3rd or fourth place play off.
