<span style="color: #000000;">In the Union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, as part of celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahaotsav- India@75, is organising Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 in 75 villages of all the 22 districts in both the union territories. Eminent persons and dignitaries will hoist the National Flag, sing national anthem and patriotic songs during the event. At least, one programme will be organised each week in different districts of J&K and Ladakh. The aim of the event is to encourage people to takeup fitness activities in their daily lives and get freedom from diseases.</span><br />
