<span style="color: #222222;">In Maharashtra, a programme called 'Zenda Satyagraha' was organized at the South Central Zonal Cultural Center-SCZCC in Nagpur with a view to mark the importance of the National Flag. The Programme was organised under 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' being celebrated all over the country wherein major events of the Independence Movement are being commemorated by the Union Ministry of Culture.<br />”<br />”Director of the SCZCC, Nagpur Dr. Deepak Khirwadkar said that various events were organised by the centre to mark the importance of the National Flag and its significance in Freedom Movement.<br />”<br />”&nbsp;In the first session of the programme, an insightful lecture was delivered by Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha Dr. Chandrakant Ragit. He dwelt upon the importance of 'Zenda Satyagraha' in the Freedom Movement. In the second session, patriotic songs were sung by the several cultural troupes.</span><br />
