<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Dr. L Murugan said that awareness about Central government schemes should reach citizens at the grassroots level. The Minister was holding a review meeting of media units under the Ministry of I&B at Akashvani, Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday. He said all the media units should increase their social media presence to broaden their reach and engagement with the public.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Senior officials from Akashvani, Doordarshan, Press Information Bureau, and Central Bureau of Communication attended the meeting. The Minister reached Kerala this morning on a two-day visit to the state. He will attend various local programmes in the capital city today and tomorrow.</span><br />
