<span style="color: #222222;">Secretary, Information and Broadcasting Ministry Apurva Chandra today Said that the announcement of creation of Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comic (AVGC) task force in the budget speech is momentous as it recognises the importance of the AVGC sector and the role it can play. <br />''<br />''He said this in his opening remarks at the webinar on Strengthening Industry-Skill Linkage in AVGC". He referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who said that the AVGC sector can provide immense employment opportunities to the youth who can serve the global market  and the Indian talent can lead the way in this sector. The secretary said that the AVGC sector in the country over the past 7 years has seen tremendous growth. He expressed confidence that AVGC sector is bound to grow.</span><br />
