In Odisha, an average of 15 per cent polling was recorded by 10 this morning in the second and last phase of polling in 11 Lok Sabha and 77 Assembly constituencies.

A maximum of 19 per cent polling was reported in Angul district, while a minimum of 7 per cent was recorded in Khordha district.
