Former Australia pace bowler Geoff Lawson has said that Australian athletes have shed their apprehensions over security for the Commonwealth Games to be held in October in Delhi. He has added that there was a lot of hype about the Games and Australian people have expressed big expectations from their athletes. Speaking to media personnel in Mumbai, Mr. Lawson said that the Common Wealth Games are being keenly awaited and many of his countrymen were eager to visit India as they believe it is a great place with wonderful people and all the venues that have been put in place.
