Sania Mirza and her Croatian parter Ivan Dodig, have reached the second round of mixed doubles in Australian Open Tennis. Second seeded Indo-Croatian duo today beat German-Croatian team of Laura Siegemund and Mate Pavic in straight sets 7-5, 6-4. Earlier, Rohan Bopanna with his team-mate Canada's Gabriela Dabrowski defeated Kiwi-Slovenian team of Michael Venus and Katarina Srebotnik 6-4, 7-6, 10-7 in the first round. Meanwhile, in the Womens' Singles, world number two Serena Williams have reached the pre-quarter final. Rafael Nadal, Denis Istomin, who stunned defending champion Novak Djokovic in the second round, and Milos Roanic are among those playing their third round matches now.
