Australian Open: Leander Paes and Martina Hingis to play in mixed doubles quarter final

In Australian Open Tennis tournament today Leander Paes with his Swiss Partner Martina Hingis will play the mixed doubles quarter final. The duo are up against the Aussie pair of Samantha Stosur and Sam Groth. The winner of the match will take on the Indo Croatian duo of Sania Mirza and Ivan Dodig in the semi finals. Sania-Ivan duo defeated Indo- Canadian pair of Rohan Bopanna and and Gabriela Dabrowski in mixed doubles quarterfinal yesterday.In Women's Singles, William sisters are playing their semi final matches today. While Venus is up against fellow American CoCo Vandeweghe, Serena takes on Croatia's Mirjana Lucic-Baroni. In Men's singles Stan Wawrinka of Switzerland clashes with the fellow national Roger Federer. In Men's doubles American duo Bob and Mike Bryan have cruised to the final defeating Spanish pair of Pablo Carreno Busta and Guillermo Garcia-Lopez 7-6, 6-3.The final of women's doubles has been drawn between Andrea Hlavackova of Czech Republic and Shuai Peng of China and Bethanie Mattek-Sands of US and Lucie Safarova of Czech Republic.
