Around 5,000 people are attending memorial for Australian batsman Philip Hughes in his hometown of Macksville today. Hughes, who died last Thursday after being struck by a bouncer in a Sheffield Shield match in Sydney,is being laid to rest at his home town of Macksville. Many past and present players including cricket greats Brian Lara and Sir Richard Hadlee are among those attending. The entire New South Wales and Australia Test squads is in attendance. From Indian side, Virat Kohli, Ravi Shastri and a couple more players paid their respects to Hughes. Everyone in the town of Macksville are paying their respects to Hughes' life with the hearth set to be carried around the town.
