Australia wins Under -19 Cricket World Cup

Australia today defeated Pakistan by 25 runs in the finals to win the Under -19 Cricket World cup trophy for a third time. Australia made 207 for the loss of nine wickets in the stipulated fifty overs. Pakistan however, fell short of the target and were all out for 182 runs in 46.4 overs. For Australia, Richardson scored 44 and Armstrong 37 while Sarmad Bhatti claimed 3 wickets. For Pakistan Mohammad Azeem Ghumman made 41.
