In the second cricket test at Sydney, hosts Australia were 482 for 4 in the first innings against India, at stumps on Day 2.With a lead of 291 runs, Skipper Michael Clarke on 251 and Michael Hussey on 55 are at the crease.Earlier today, replying to India's first innings total of 191, the Aussies resumed the day on the overnight score of 116 for 3, with Clarke and Ricky Ponting at the crease.Both the overnight batsmen continued their yesterday's magnificent form with the bat, scoring centuries and underlining the fact that the Sydney pitch do not just belong to the bowlers.Ponting, who shared a 288-run stand for the fourth wicket with Clarke, scored a blistering 135, before holing out to Tendulkar off Ishant Sharma, just before tea.Ponting's wicket, however, did not stop Clarke from dominating the remainder of the day. Ably supported by Michael Hussey at the other end, Clarke played an ultimate captain's knock and amassed a well deserved maiden double century.Australia is currently leading the 4-match series, 1-0.
