Hosts Australia today reclaimed the Ashes, defeating England by 150 runs in the third cricket Test at Perth. Resuming the final day on the overnight score of 251 for 5 and needing 252 more runs to win, the visitors were all out for 353 in the post-lunch session. Paceman Mitchell Johnson, who took 2 wickets in the first innings, bagged 4 in the second. Spinner Nathan Lyon took 3. Middle-order batsman Ben Strokes' brilliant 120 was not enough, as England lost its third consecutive test with a massive margin.Earlier, opting to bat, Australia had posted 385 in the first innings. England were, then, bundled out for 251. Australia, with a lead of 134 runs, had scored 369 in the second innings, giving England a mammoth 504 to chase. Aussie all-rounder Steven Smith, who scored 111 in the first innings, was adjudged man of the match. Australia had won the first test at Brisbane by 381 runs and second test at Adelaide by 218 runs. The fourth test of the 5-match series will be played from the 26th of this month at Melbourne. The test series will be followed by a 5-match ODI and a 3-game Twenty-20 series
