Australia are facing defeat in the first cricket test against India in Chennai. The visitors have a slender lead of just 40 runs in second innings with just one wicket remaining. At stumps on the 4th day today, Australia were 232 for 9. Earlier India resumed their first innings at 515 for 8 and were all out for 572. In their second innings, the Australian batsmen crumbled before Indian spin attack. R. Ashwin claimed 5 wickets, while Harbhajan Singh and Ravindra Jadeja took two wickets each.
