Australia has announced a 12-member squad for the first cricket test against India, which will begin on the 4th of next month in Brisbane. Skipper Michael Clarke has been included despite major doubts over his fitness. His availability for the first Test will depend on him playing a tour match that starts in Adelaide on Friday.Clarke had missed the just concluded ODI series against South Africa due to a hamstring injury. Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Starc, James Faulkner, Alex Doolan and Ben Hilfenhaus have all been left out, with Shane Watson and Ryan Harris making a return. Uncapped fast bowler Josh Hazlewood has also been included in the squad.
