Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu has termed as unfortunate the behavior of the Congress members both inside and outside Parliament. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu told reporters today that the adamant attitude of the opposition is anti-development. He said, Congress members should not disrupt the proceedings in both the Houses and they should take part in debate and discussion in the interest of the country.
