The government today tried to introduce the GST bill in the Rajya Sabha but the attempt was blocked by the opposition Congress. When Finance Minister Arun Jaitley asked to introduce the GST Bill, the Congress Members again trooped into the well disrupting the proceedings.<br/><br/>Amidst the din, Deputy Chairman Prof Kurein adjourned the House till tomorrow. The House was adjourned thrice before that. <br/><br/>Earlier, the House returned the Appropriation Bill 2015 and Railways Appropriation Bills.
