Government says, any attack on Prime Minister's Office is against the interests of the nation as it is an important institution. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Mr. Harish Rawat charged Anna Hazare and Ramdev with attempting to ruin the established institutions in the name of fight against corruption. He asserted that the people of the country will not tolerate any attack on established institutions.

Ramdev and Anna Hazare observed a day long fast against corruption at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Sunday. They were joined by their supporters. Ramdev described Prime Minister an honest person and asked him to make his cabinet corruption free.

Both Ramdev and Anna Hazare are demanding the bringing back of black money stashed abroad and an effective Lokpal Bill.
