Next hearing in the case would be on 26th of this month.RSS spokesperson Ram Madhav was quick to dismiss media reports and said Indresh Kumar's name has only been mentioned in the document in connection with holding a meeting. The BJP spokesperson Nirmala Sitharaman said no organisation has been named and how can anyone say that BJP or RSS is involved and that this is saffron terror.Congress spokesperson Manish Tewari said RSS has been consistently working to undermine and upset the pluralistic ethos of India and disturb communal amity. He said the latest charge sheet is just a manifestation of its direction right from the beginning.
