India's premier Tennis event, Chennai Open begins Monday evening. In the singles event, last year runner up, Frenchman Eduoard Roger Vasselin will take on eighth seed Gilles Lux Muller from Luxemborg in the first round.The top four seeds of this tournament defending champion Stanislas Wawrinka, Spain's Felicano Lopez, Roberto Bautista Agut and David Goffin of Belgium, all have received first round byes.India's Somdev Devvarman is also a wild card entrant along with compatriot Ramkumar Ramanathan in the singles main draw.In the doubles event Indian pair of N Sriram Balaji and Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan will take on with Yen-Hsun Lu of Chinese Taipei and Jonathan Murray of Britain in the first round today.The other Indian's figuring in the main draw of doubles competition are Leander Paes, Mahesh Bhupati, Saketh Myneni and Purav Raja along with their partners.
