In Thailand, at least seven people were killed in flash floods since early last week. The floods are the worst in three decades in Nakhon Ratchasima province, where three people have died and another person is missing. An official at the government's Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation said that the recent flood has affected more than 2 lakh people.Meanwhile, in the Philippines, Super Typhoon Megi has left at least 10 people dead.
