Top Indian shot putter Manpreet Kaur has been provisionally suspended by Athletics Federation of India after she tested positive for banned substances for the second time. Manpreet's urine sample 'A' collected during the first leg of the Asian Grand Prix at Jinhua, China on 24th of April has been found to have stimulant Dimethylbutylamine in it. This stimulant was the same one which was found in her urine sample 'A' taken during the Federation Cup National Championships at Patiala, which came to light yesterday.The suspension means Manpreet will miss out next month's IAAF World Athletics Championships hosted by London from 5th to 13th of of August. She had won a gold medal in the recently-concluded Asian Athletics Championships in Bhubaneswar.
