In Uttar Pradesh, at Least 8 passengers including three women and five children were killed and 15 injured this morning when Kasganj bound Lucknow Kasganj passanger train hit a tractor trolley at an unmanned railway crossing. <br/><br/>The accident took place between Uttari Pura and Barrajpura railway stations under Ijjatnagar Railway division. All the victims were travelling in tractor trolley.<br/><br/>A railway spokesperson told our Lucknow correspondent that Railways have decided to lodge FIR against tractor trolley Driver under Indian Railways Act. <br/><br/>Injured persons were admitted at the primary health centre at Shivrajpur and five of them have been referred to Ursala hospital at Kanpur in serous condition.<br/>
