In Chhattisgarh, at least 7 villagers died of food poisoning during the last two days in Bastar district. Another 70 villagers are undergoing treatment, out of which the condition of 22 are stated to be critical. Medical camps have been set up in the villages like Chimnar and Paoda under the Pharasgaon block for the medical care of the patients. According to sources, these villagers were taken ill, after participating in a community feast arranged in village Chimnar last Thursday.
