In Egypt, clashes in Tahrir Square left at least 590 people injured. According to official figures released by the ministry of health, 75 of them were taken to nine different hospitals while the rest were treated at the Tahrir square itself. According to Egypt’s on line official media, Al Ahram, police used tear gas at Tahrir square to disperse protesters last night. Clashes between families of martyrs and state security forces continued until early this morning. Hundreds of demonstrators threw stones at the interior ministry of Egypt in down town Cairo, and accused the police of killing their sons.A statement released by the interior ministry of Egypt denied that police attacked protesters and claimed they were thugs. Reports say, after a violent night of clashes between police and the families of the martyr's of Egypt's revolution, demonstrators are still gathering at the Tahrir Square.
