In Uttar Pradesh, at least three persons were injured in a mild bomb blast at a private hospital in Agra this evening. Unconfirmed sources said that about 10 persons were injured in the blast.Inspector General of Police Agra range P.K. Tiwari told our Lucknow correspondent that blast occurred at the reception counter of the JAY hospital under Hariparwat police area of the town. Forensic team has reached the spot to ascertain the explosion used in the blast. Police said that explosive was kept in a bag near the counter. Police teams including sleuths from ATS and STF have been pressed into service in the probe.Tiwari said the area has been cordoned of for investigation. He has appealed to the people not to be panic and maintain peace. He said that injured are admitted to hospital and out of danger. He said, prima facie reports show that it was a low intensity blast.
