In Venezuela, at least 18 people were killed in a bus accident in western part of the Latin American nation. Police said, the accident occurred yesterday in a rural area of Zulia state which borders Colombia.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''According to a preliminary investigation, tyre burst while the bus was traveling at an excessive speed caused the accident.
